University of Physical Culture and Sports, in accordance with \u201cImproving the activities of education quality control departments in public higher educational institutions\u201d of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, was reorganized in accordance with the first paragraph of Order No. 72 dated March 27, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\nThe main tasks of the department:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n-analysis of compliance and provision of educational areas and specialties with state educational standards, qualification requirements, curricula;<\/span><\/p>\n-study of the quality of the educational process at the branch, its provision of educational literature and teaching materials;<\/span><\/p>\n-participation as observer in the processes of evaluation of knowledge students;<\/span><\/p>\n-study of objectivity and transparency of processes and results of students knowledge assessment;<\/span><\/p>\n-carrying out control work for selective definition of knowledge of students, the organization of processes of definition of the factors influencing quality of education for students;<\/span><\/p>\n-participation in the optimization of the branch schedule;<\/span><\/p>\n-analyze training sessions on disciplines;<\/span><\/p>\n-monitoring of students’ attendance and teachers attitude to classes;<\/span><\/p>\n-preparation of analytical data on the results of the assessment of students knowledge and reporting on their results at the meeting of the director and the branch Council;<\/span><\/p>\n-monitoring of students attendance and teachers attitude to classes;<\/span><\/p>\n-preparation of analytical data on the results of the assessment of students knowledge and reporting on their results at the meeting of the rector and the Council of the branch;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n-familiarization with the documents of the final state certification commissions in order to study the level of knowledge of graduates;<\/span><\/p>\n-organization of monitoring and quality control of personnel training on the basis of organizational, legal and methodological guidelines;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n– organizing the internal certification of the university, as well as providing the director of the branch and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation with the results of internal certification, information on factors affecting the quality of education;<\/span><\/p>\n-monitoring the status of indicators that determine the quality of education, providing proposals to the director of the branch on the identified problems and shortcomings;<\/span><\/p>\n-analysis of the effectiveness of the use of modern methods in the process of training teachers to improve the quality of education;<\/span><\/p>\n-the internal monitoring in the structural units of the branch (faculty, Department, division, center) to determine the level of professional qualification of pedagogical employees, as well as the quality of training and retraining and postgraduate education, training, analytical data, make proposals to the branch to address identified gaps and challenges;<\/span><\/p>\n-study of compliance of basic education of branch teachers to the disciplines taught by them\u00a0analysis of the material and technical base of the educational process, proposals for its development and improvement;<\/span><\/p>\n-organization and control over the effectiveness of students practice taking into account educational directions and specialties;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n-participation in the processes related to the determination of the rating, evaluation, certification, study of the quality of education at the branch;<\/span><\/p>\n-in order to improve the quality of training, social environment at the branch constantly conducted social surveys among students, parents, faculty and personnel consumers;<\/span><\/p>\n-development of recommendations on the results of participation in the process of social surveys conducted between the teaching staff and consumers of personnel in order to study the social environment, training and quality of education of the branch;<\/span><\/p>\n-participation in the analysis of admission or employment of graduates to the next level of education;<\/span><\/p>\n-Conducting social surveys among students, parents, faculty and consumers of personnel in order to study the social environment, the quality of education and training;<\/span><\/p>\n-participation in the analysis of admission to the next level of education or employment of graduates;<\/span><\/p>\n-development of recommendations for continuous study and implementation of innovations in the educational process to control the quality of education in foreign countries;<\/span><\/p>\n-active participation in the development, together with the branch management, of measures aimed at raising the University’s rating to the international level and ensuring their implementation;<\/span><\/p>\n-conducting training seminars and trainings aimed at improving the quality of education in cooperation with the relevant structural units of the branch;<\/span><\/p>\n-formation of the branch base of public experts, regular seminars with their participation in the framework of the tasks;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n-providing information on the results of research and monitoring conducted to improve the quality of education at the branch Council, round tables and conferences;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n-submission of relevant proposals to the management of the branch on the results of the study of the state of quality of
