The press secretary is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn the openness of the activities of state administration and management bodies\u201d and other laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions, resolutions and prescriptions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and resolutions of the Cabinet Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the present Charter. The representative works closely with branch departments, as well as with other governmental and non-governmental organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main tasks and functions of the press secretary:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

participating in the development and implementation of an information policy determined by the branch administration in accordance with modern requirements;<\/span><\/p>\n

ensuring effective and practical cooperation with the information service of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and information services of state and public organizations on the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of informatization;<\/span><\/p>\n

high \u2013 quality and operational public advertising about the activities of the branch, its regulatory and legal acts;<\/span><\/p>\n

cooperate with the media (hereinafter \u2013 the media), form a team of constantly collaborating journalists, disseminate information, organize public events at the branch;<\/span><\/p>\n

quick posting and timely updating of information on the official website of the branch; development of web-based Internet resources, including social and mobile networks;<\/span><\/p>\n

preparation of\u00a0news<\/a>, informational materials, reviews and informational and analytical materials for distribution in domestic and foreign mass media together with employees of branch departments;<\/span><\/p>\n

analyze the position of public opinion on the activities of the branch and the position of the media and inform the director of the branch about it;<\/span><\/p>\n

create and maintain a database of texts, photos, audio and video materials related to the field of activity of the branch.<\/span><\/p>\n
