In December 2023, during the official visit of the head of the Republic of Tatarstan to our republic, an action plan was developed to develop joint cooperation with the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

 In this regard, the director of the Nukus branch of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports B. Еrimbetov and the acting rector of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan A. Sharipov held negotiations with the aim of establishing joint cooperation between the two higher educational institutions.

 During the working visit, the director of the branch got acquainted with the capabilities of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, and agreements on mutual cooperation were concluded between the two higher educational institutions.
