The main tasks of the department: preparation of cost estimates and staff schedules of the university, estimates of income and expenses, temporary cost estimates, their submission to the appropriate higher financial authority for approval and registration;
- preparation, approval and submission to the appropriate higher financial authority of the staffing table of the university’s
- management, technical, service and educational support personnel;
- if necessary, ensure that changes are made to the cost estimates and staffing table in accordance with the established procedure;
- provision of statistical information on the university’s income to the territorial divisions of the State Statistics Committee;
- participation in the preparation of long-term plans in all areas of the university’s activities;
- preparation of proposals to the university management to increase the sources of income, expand the scope of work on the basis of public-private partnership;
- ensuring the targeted expenditure of labor resources and funds allocated in cooperation with the accounting department and other departments of the university;
- analysis of financial, economic and other fields of activity of the university on the basis of accounting and statistical data;
- prepares and submits to the higher appropriate financial authority a quarterly and annual report on the implementation of the plan by industry, State and contingent of the university.
