It is a unique structural position, which is created for the purpose of providing legal support to all the standards specified in the regulatory documents of the Nukus branch of UzMDTSU.

The legal service is directly subordinated to the director of the Nukus branch of UzMDTSU.

According to the regulation “On the legal service of the members of state bodies” approved by the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 19, 2017

– Improvement of orderliness and regularity in the work of protecting the rights of Nukus branch of UzMDTSU;

– prohibition of compliance with regulatory documents of regulatory-legal and other documents implemented (accepted) by the branch office;

– coordination of departments and faculties in the implementation of branch norms, improvement of consistency and preparation of related products;

– to increase the legal culture and legal awareness of employees and students of vocational education institutions, to participate in the study of the content and meaning of normative-legal documents accepted by them using information and communication technologies;

– Contractual and legal documents are collected, ownership of the branch office and other documents are protected.
