Khaydarov Rustam Maratovich was appointed by the order of the Minister of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the 1st vice-director for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work of Nukus branch of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports

 Khaydarov Rustam was born in Nukus in Republic of Karakalpakstan in 1987.

 He graduated bachelor’s degree at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute in 2010, and Karakalpak State University with a master’s degree in 2012. Docent.

 Prior to his appointment, he worked as docent of the Department of Physical Culture at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz.
